Requirements and Benefits
Because we train our employees, there is no need to have any previous experience in the pawn shop industry. What we find is most important in an applicant is a good work ethic, reliability, punctuality, the ability to multitask and someone who enjoys working with the public. The basis of our business is good customer service, so some previous work experience in that area is a plus.
Our pawn shops have a high-energy environment, and our crew performs a variety of tasks and responsibilities on a daily basis. The atmosphere is professional and friendly, and very team oriented.
